We are based in Lincoln although we are happy to work in the Christchurch, Selwyn or Waimakariri districts. Directors, Mike and Glenda, have the support of top employees and quality sub-contractors throughout the building process. We offer the personal touch of having the man you sign the contract with being the one who works on your home. This helps to ensure that the quality of workmanship is kept at the highest level.

Kingston Builders Limited is a family owned building company is owned by Mike and Glenda Kingston that was established in 2002. Mike is a licensed building practitioner and Registered Master Builder who holds a National Certificate in Carpentry. He has over 20 years experience in the trade. Glenda, works behind the scenes and is putting the knowledge gained from her Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Management to work (after years spent working as a preschool teacher!) We specialise in building new homes that meet your needs, at a price that suits your budget. With our low overheads we are able to offer top quality work done at the best price with the peace of mind of a 10 year Master Builders guarantee.
